It is with great pleasure that, on behalf of the Board of Directors, we reaffirm our enthusiastic support for Jennifer Fair Margraf, who has served as Executive Director of Kevin’s Song for nearly two years. Following a unanimous vote by the Board, Jennifer now holds the title of Executive Director & Chief Program Officer, recognizing her strategic leadership and deep commitment to advancing our mission.

Jennifer was originally selected from a competitive pool of over 35 candidates after a thorough search led by our dedicated Search Committee. Her extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and her passion for suicide prevention made her the clear choice to guide Kevin’s Song into its next chapter.

We continue to welcome Jennifer’s leadership and are proud to introduce her to our growing community of partners, supporters, and friends.

About Jennifer

Jennifer Fair Margraf is a highly driven executive with over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership. She is known for her strategic vision, collaborative spirit, and exceptional communication skills, which have helped her build strong relationships across sectors and inspire teams toward meaningful impact.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Life Education and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration from Oakland University’s Executive Education Program. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) through CFRE International.

In addition to her role at Kevin’s Song, Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for With One Voice (WOV) and is an active member of the Macomb County Suicide Prevention Coalition and Linked By Legacy where she contributes her expertise to regional efforts in mental health and suicide prevention.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a classically trained cellist who has performed with numerous orchestras. She lives in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with her husband and teenage son, and is the proud mother of an adult daughter who is currently studying music composition at Bowling Green State University.
